This feedback comes from Ceresa, a mentorship & 360 review platform. These reviews were submitted in June of 2023 and consist of 40 of my managers, VPs, direct reports, vendors, and former colleagues. This feedback gave me powerful, actionable insights on both my personal and professional growth journey.
Mac is incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She tackles challenges head-on and works in a very focused manner when she is assigned an initiative. She has a commanding and strong written communication style, and a knack for storytelling. She is transparent and leads with empathy, creating an environment of psychological safety.
Current Manager
My time working with Mac was brief, but it was abundantly clear that she is extremely well-spoken, put together and she has a strong vision for her team's needs. We had several conversations where Mac eloquently shared limitations her team was currently experience due to tooling and the long term goals they are looking to achieve. She also knew exactly which other team members to pull in to bring more perspective and evaluating power. I will say the BEST part about working with Mac was her attitude and presence. She is kind yet direct, and doesn't waste time. It was a pleasure working with her briefly, and it is very obvious that she has all the qualities to lead well and maybe even more importantly establish a welcoming and hard-working culture.

Michaela is thoughtful and well-organized. When given a directive, she will execute as a very high level. Her ability to drive things to completion is a great strength.

One of Michaela's biggest strengths is that she's great at listening, which makes her great at identifying issues and problems. As Michaela works on problem solving, she also uses that as an opportunity for self growth and excitedly leans into learning in areas where she might be unfamiliar.
